所有投稿须使用规范的英文撰写，鼓励进行语言润色。作者可参考以下模板准备论文：All submissions must be in well written English, language proof-reading is encouraged. Authors can refer to the following guidelines to prepare their papers:

所有稿件建议通过官方投稿系统以 Word 或 PDF 文件提交。如作者无法访问投稿系统，也可通过邮箱投稿：All manuscripts are recommended to be submitted as Word or PDF files via the official submission system. If authors cannot access the submission system, submissions can also be accepted through email: test@mail.com

• 投稿多篇论文的作者，请使用同一登录账号提交所有论文。For authors submitting multiple papers, please use the same login account for all submissions.
• 每篇录用论文必须至少有一位作者完成全额注册、出席会议并进行报告。每位注册作者的口头或海报报告不超过两次。Each accepted paper must have at least one author who completes full registration, attends the conference, and presents the paper. Each registered author may give no more than two presentations, either oral or poster.
• 作者可在 2026 年 9 月 26 日投稿截止前随时修改或更新已提交的论文。Authors may revise or update their submitted papers at any time before the submission deadline of September 26, 2026.
• 所有投稿将经过同行评审。申请口头报告的论文将优先考虑口头报告；若未被接受为口头报告，将自动转为海报报告评审。All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process. Papers submitted for oral presentation will first be considered for oral presentation; if not accepted, they will automatically be considered for poster presentation.

提交至 IIP&A 2026 的所有论文必须为原创且未发表的作品，不得此前发表于任何期刊、论文集或其他正式出版物，且版权未转让给任何机构、组织或个人。作者还须声明其投稿不存在利益冲突。所有投稿将进行学术诚信筛查与相似度检测。采用双盲评审政策。All papers submitted to IIP&A 2026 must be original and unpublished works, not previously published in any journal, proceedings, or other formal publication, with copyrights not transferred to any institution, organization, or individual. Authors must declare no conflicts of interest. All submissions undergo integrity screening and similarity checking. A double-blind review policy is applied.

以下类型的投稿将被拒稿：The following types of submissions will be rejected:

1. 缺乏科学或技术价值的论文，包括推理不足、缺乏充分统计分析、实验支撑或设计方法的论文；Papers that lack scientific or technical merit, including insufficient reasoning and without adequate statistical analysis, experimental support, or design methodology;
2. 抄袭或含有大量非原创内容的论文；Plagiarized papers or papers containing substantial unoriginal content;
3. 语言质量不合格的论文，包括明显由未润色机器翻译产生的论文；Papers of unacceptable language quality, including those evidently produced through unpolished machine translation;
4. 与会议主题及范围无关的论文；Papers that are irrelevant to the themes and scope of the conference;
5. 被识别为不当使用生成式 AI，或具有论文工厂特征的论文。Papers identified as involving inappropriate use of generative AI or showing characteristics commonly associated with paper mill production.
